There are plenty of things we Human's do in our daily routine either right or wrong is the other side. But today I am going to discuss about those 5 Things to quite you must consider right now.


It is said that Humans are bound to make mistakes not much but yes, everyone certainly does mistakes, if not it you may even call it a bad habit. Some correct those mistakes early and some continue on repeating it until it's late or has caused them damage either physically, mentally or monetarily. I am writing this 5 things to quit in order to help you stop things which could cause you otherwise.



  1.  TRYING TO PLEASE EVERY ONE
Today the world has gone super competitive. Everybody just wants to prove themselves over others so much so that people tend to forget who they really are? In this, they often try to present themselves in a way which they are not. They think by doing so they think everybody would be pleased! but, that's not the case always.

We have to understand that it is not possible to please everyone and it needs to stop. Doing so will put you into frustration. If people are not pleased with the things you do you will feel depressed. You will lose your focus, your aim and whatever little you have in you. So please stop pleasing others and simply be what you are.

    2. Living in the past 

Memories are beautiful, aren't they? it is ok to remember a moment or incident that has occurred with us in the past, and that is why we clip photos, record a video so we can remember that moment. But, hanging on to the past or being nostalgic can be troublesome sometimes. 

What's gone is gone and there is absolutely no point holding ourselves to the past. Nostalgia can be either positive or negative. If it's positive it can help you cherish those moments but if it's negative it can put you into a long depression especially if you are in your 20's and have been through a bad relationship. This is super important you need to stop comparing your present with your past. Remember one thing your past cannot always decide your future but your present will. So from today on stop LIVING IN THE PAST.

   3. Holding Grudges

Hmm.now this is where the real thing starts Holding Grudges. You know God created mankind with love so we can look up for each other but people created envy, jealousy, hate, grudge and all this for what? literally nothing. There is nothing we can achieve by holding grudges against others. It will only hurt us not at the very moment but as the time passes by that deed will make us repent but that could be too late by then.

What pleasure can we get by harassing or bullying anybody? ask yourself standing in the mirror? I bet for a sane man the answer is nope, nothing, none. Now looks it otherwise What please do we get by helping others? Well the answer is satisfaction! isn't it? That's human nature to share and care. So stop holding even a tiny amount of grudge you may have for anyone. Simply forgive and forget I know its tough sometimes but not impossible. Always Remember. 


Holding a grudge dosen't make you strong, it makes you bitter.Forgiving dosen't make you week it sets you free.
           
      4. Afraid of being different. 

Every living being is born different physically, physiologically. It is completely acceptable if you are different from your cousins, friends or family. If the rest of the folks around you are talented but you that's ok. Well, I am not considering Mutants here they are better on-screen in The X-Man. 

 If all our five fingers are not alike then how can two individuals be? and that is what the meaning of the individual is "separate" "Single". Shying away from your identity will create more problems then facing them. It could hurt you morally and leave you vulnerable with a lack of self-confidence. 

May this saying boost your confidence. 


Don't be afraid of being different. Be afraid of being the same as everyone else.
           
       5. Overthinking 

 Well, the last one is pretty common but many amongst us do this overthinking shit. According to me, it's not that bad as it sounds like but yes pretty annoying for guys around you if you happen to lead them as a team. 

Overthinking often prevents you from taking quick decisions resulting in unnecessary delays, losses, etc. According to medical experts, Overthinking can even cause Irritability, Headaches, Muscle aches, Restlessness, Excessive worry and much more. So stop being a victim of your own mind quit being an overthinking this instant so your brain can be stress-free and healthy.
